A couple of months ago, a low-quality trailer hit the web for Cartoon Network‘s upcoming Thundercats reboot, which was pretty cool. However, this weekend in San Francisco, CA, an even better, all-new trailer debuted at WonderCon, which you can now watch online in HD over at Cartoon Network’s Facebook page.

Last December, PCM posted the first trailer for TNT‘s Falling Skies, a new sci-fi alien invasion series executive produced by Steven Spielberg (who else?) about a former college professor (Noah Wyle) who becomes the leader of a group of soldiers and civilians who fight for their survival against an occupying alien force.
A new trailer/featurette has been released that shows us more of the look and feel of the show, and also reveals a bit more about the story and characters. If you ask me, so far it feels very much like AMC’s The Walking Dead, but on a larger scale and, of course, with aliens instead of zombies. You can watch the featurette after the jump!

Film producer Jerry Weintraub, known for producing such hit films as the Ocean’s Eleven and Karate Kid series, is stepping out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight in what is sure to be a fascinating new documentary called His Way.
Premiering exclusively on HBO on April 4th at 9 PM ET/PT, His Way utilizes personal video, archival footage and one-on-one interviews to chronicle Weintraub‘s five-decade career as a Hollywood entrepreneur. When fans think of Star Wars, various memorable characters come to mind that define that universe. Whether it’d be Luke Skywalker, Qui-Gon Jinn, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Darth Vader, etc. – everyone has a favorite. One character we can all agree on that simply is the very essence of Star Wars is Chewbacca. Even if he’s not your favorite character, he is probably in your top five.
For this very reason (in case you hadn’t already heard), the creators of Cartoon Network‘s hit TV series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, are bringing back the famous wookiee for a special two-part season finale on April 1st. Ever since FOX All Access carried the story that a script for The X-Files 3 may be in the works and never shot it down (even though David Duchovny did), X-Philes from all over have been posting messages on their Facebook page almost daily, asking to get the film made and showing that the fandom has clearly not died down at all.
In response, FOX All Access posted an update on Facebook indicating that discussions are indeed happening and that a script is in the works after all! Read on for the quote!

Award-winning filmmaker Mick Garris, host of FEARnet‘s signature series Post-Mortem with Mick Garris, has conducted many interviews with horror film legends on the show, including Roger Corman (which we featured here), Robert Englund and Frank Darabont.
More recently, Garris sat down with Halloween creator John Carpenter to discuss his career. While this five-part interview does not debut on FEARnet until Monday, February 28th (and also Verizon FiOS cable channel 197 starting March 4th and On Demand March 7th), FEARnet was kind enough to send us the official press release as well as photos and an exclusive preview clip of the interview.
