A couple of weeks ago, IESB reported that George Lucas was working on producing another Star Wars animated series, with “Squishies” being the working title, that would apparently be aimed at pre-school to kindergarten aged children.

It has been circling around the web that this year’s season of FOX’s hit television show 24 could possibly be the last. Also, it has been speculated that NBC might pick up the series from FOX in order to prolong the show instead of letting the series come to a close this year.

Well, after much speculation and waiting from the fans, FOX has officially confirmed that the current season of 24 is actually the end and that NBC will not be picking up the series for the network. However, Kiefer Sutherland, who plays the legendary Jack Bauer on the show, confirmed another rumor that has been floating around to be true: The end of this season will indeed lead into a feature film version of the series!
