Most B-movie fans are fully aware of the works of legendary filmmaker Roger Corman, particularly his American International Edgar Allen Poe adaptations with Vincent Price like House of Usher and Pit and the Pendulum. Others might know him more as the producer of such films as Piranha (1978) or Death Race. Regardless of how you know of the fellow, it is clear that he knows he way around the B-genre.

So, if you’re like me and you love just listening to Corman talk, you need to check out this five-part interview on FEARnet’s Post Mortem with Mick Garris, which debuted August 2nd. It will also premiere on Video on Demand (VOD) August 9th. A wide variety of interesting topics is covered in the interview so I highly recommend it for genre fans. Check out the official press release after the jump!

Today, I thought I’d post a little video by Improv Everywhere. If you are unfamiliar with them, they are a group of New Yorkers who simply perform random acts of entertainment around the city. Back in May, they did a funny little Ghostbusters stunt at The New York Public Library, which is the same library at the beginning of the actual Ghostbusters movie from 1984.

Their latest video is a reenactment of the opening scene of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope… on a subway car! Trust me, you have to see this. Hit the jump to watch!

That’s right folks. Twenty-five years ago today, on July 3, 1985, Back to the Future was released in theaters. While director Robert Zemekis has made great films since then (the Back to the Future sequels, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Forrest Gump, etc.), I think most everyone can agree that, out of all his films, this one is by far the most popular and most memorable by movie fans in general.

However, Rogue Blog has stumbled upon a sixth featurette on YouTube for the character “Hanzo,” (Louis Ozawa Changchien), which did not end up on Predators-Movie.com. Hit the jump to watch!
