Fanboys around the world can whine all they want every time George Lucas tweaks his Star Wars films. Heck, even I whined a bit last week about Darth Vader’s new dialogue in Return of the Jedi. But, if you really do love Star Wars, is that really going to stop you from experiencing the Saga remastered in High Definition picture and sound in the comfort of your own home when it arrives on Blu-ray next week? Not likely. If you’re a fan, you’ll buy it. We all know you will.

Also, the mere fact that the Star Wars Saga Setcontains over 40 hours of great bonus features will make it even harder to resist. While I’m definitely looking forward to all the deleted scenes, especially the ones from the Original Trilogy, I am very curious about the scene where “Yoda communes with Qui-Gon.” This is a scene originally intended for Revenge of the Sith, but was cut for some reason. It seems that, out of all the scenes that were cut from the film, this was something that should have made it in. I wonder if Liam Neeson actually provided dialogue for it…
