The Woman in Black is a film I’ve been looking forward to ever since the first teaser debuted in April. Directed by James Watkins, the film stars Harry Potter alum Daniel Radcliffe, who plays a lawyer that makes his way to a remote village on business, but soon realizes that the town seems to be haunted by the ghost of a vengeful woman.

The trailer has that spooky, gothic horror vibe that seems to have been largely ignored these days in the world of horror films. It’s about time the genre made a comeback, and this film, along with Guillermo del Toro‘s Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark (which debuts August 26th), might just make it happen.
