A couple of weeks ago, Keanu Reeves gave MTV an update on the script for Bill & Ted 3, saying that it was six weeks away from being completed by writers Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, who also wrote Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey.
Now, Alex Winter, who played Bill in the previous two installments, has revealed via Twitter that the script is already finished! Read on for more!
Bill & Ted 3, less than 6 weeks away and counting? Movie is gonna kick some ass.” > Just got the script. And now to read…
Excellent!
Previously to MTV, Keanu Reeves shed a little light on what the film would be about:
When we last got together, part of it was that Bill and Ted were supposed to have written the song that saved the world, and it hasn’t happened… So they’ve now become kind of possessed by trying to do that. Then there’s an element of time and they have to go back.
Glad to see things are moving along so quickly! Could we actually see Bill and Ted as 50 year-old men in the next year or two? Only time will tell. Man, wish I had that phone booth!
