Apollo 18, the upcoming sci-fi/horror film from The Weinstein Company, chronicles the alleged Apollo 18 mission to the moon in 1974 that conspiracy theorists claim was covered up by NASA. Not much has been revealed about the movie – until now, that is. You can view the trailer below!

Well, you can add this to the list of “found footage” films like Paranormal Activity, Cloverfield and The Blair Witch Project. While not an original concept on its own as far as the filming style goes, it does look really creepy. Besides, who isn’t a sucker for a good conspiracy story?

Apollo 18, directed by Gonzalo López-Gallego, stars a bunch of people you’ve never heard of and hits theaters April 22nd!
