In the spirit of the season, I felt it appropriate to post this rare, hour-long interview with legendary film director Alfred Hitchcock that I stumbled upon at /Film . It was conducted by Tom Snyder on the Tomorrow Show in 1973, and originally thought to be lost – until now. The interview has been transferred from a VHS copy to YouTube!
Alfred Hitchcock is thought of as one of the greatest film directors of the 20th century, and is certainly one of my most favorite classic film directors. His most famous works include (but are not limited to) North by Northwest, Rear Window, Psycho, Vertigo, The Birds, The Man Who Knew Too Much, etc. Watch this amazingly insightful interview in 6 parts embedded below:
