For months (and in a way, years) now we’ve been hearing Harold Ramis, Dan Aykroyd and others talk about the third Ghostbusters movie. Well, Making Of has posted an interview with Ramis and he talks quite a bit about the new film that is being penned by two writers from The Office TV series. Check it out after the jump!
Very interesting, although I don’t agree with him on the newest Indiana Jones film. 🙁
Between Ivan Reitman, Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd, we’ve learned that the next entry in the Ghostbusters film series would have the original cast back together (except Rick Moranis, unfortunately), but not as the main Ghostbusters. They would basically be in the film passing the torch down to new younger people to be the next Ghostbusters. Not much more than that has been revealed, except various ideas they have like traveling between dimensions and such. Of course I’ll keep you posted when more concrete plot details are revealed.
